Title: Financial Analyst Lead

Key Role:
Provide financial consulting services to civil, defense, and national security government agencies, including data gathering, budget and financial analysis, and trend analysis. Work on financial models and financial statement development, investigate and document other agency and private sector forecasting techniques, apply techniques, and evaluate performance against budget submissions. Develop guidance that incorporates federal regulations and agency specific policies. Provide effective, insightful, and comprehensive analysis to the CFO and Directors regarding the performance of the techniques versus budget submissions.
Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience with DoD or commercial purchasing or finance
-Experience with the preparation of reports that reflect programs and project status, including areas of cost, schedule, and performance
-Experience with budget planning, budget preparation, and budget execution for acquisition programs
-Experience with FACTS
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics or CDFM or DAWIA Level II Certification in Business or Financial Management and 3 years of experience with financial analysis in lieu of a degree
