Description Due to overwhelming sales in 2012 we are looking for Finance & Insurance Managers to keep the momentum going in 2013!
MileOne, Heritage Automotive with locations in the Baltimore area is looking for a Finance & Insurance Managers. The F&I Manager is responsible for helping internal and external customers in delivery of vehicles, new and used.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience as F&I Manager in a volume dealership working with another Finance Manager as a team.
In addition, this role is responsible for the following:
â?¢ Offering Aftermarket protection options to every retail customers.
â?¢ Enhance transaction within the Finance department process.
â?¢ Obtain approval from finance sources on all finance/lease deals.
â?¢ Instruct/train sales associates in the methods of selling finance/lease customer options.
â?¢ Maintain turnover process which will insure a 100% turnover ratio to the Finance Department.
â?¢ Work with Sales Management team in securing a legal and compliant transaction for every retail sale.
â?¢ Take a leadership role in providing solutions to employee and customer problems.
Required Experience:

â?¢ Superior customer and organizational skills
â?¢ Menu presentation and selling skills
â?¢ Automotive sales experience a plus
â?¢ Insurance or Finance industry experience a plus
â?¢ At least 2 years as a F&I Manager in a dealership is preferred
