Job Description As a Banking Advisor and member of PNC's Wealth Management Group, you will be part of one of the nation's largest wealth management firms. You will be joining a team of seasoned investment professionals managing our investment advisory services, utilizing sophisticated market strategies and top quality research. You will also be working with highly experienced private bankers and talented, credentialed trust and wealth planning professionals.

You will be responsible for expanding profitability and market share for PNC's Wealth Management Group by developing, retaining and growing a client base utilizing the full range of all services provided by PNC. You will be instrumental in assessing and recommending appropriate credit solutions as well as collaborating with the credit organization to ensure portfolio quality and yield are maintained. Using your knowledge of wealth management and private banking services, you will promote satisfaction and cross selling of products and services. You will act as a relationship manager to assess opportunity to cultivate lasting relationships and develop new clients through referrals. As a Banking Advisor, it is key that you keep abreast of PNC services in credit, risk management, treasury management, investment, estate planning, retirement tax, tax and insurance in addition to competitor and financial market trends.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications

* Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, finance or related

* 10 years or more experience in a relevant role such as Private Banking, Business Banking, or Corporate Banking. Background in structuring, negotiating, and communicating complex solutions for Wealth Management transactions, both credit and non-credit. Has effectively mentored more junior Banking Advisors. Fully capable of independent activity, particularly with regard to credit and risk analysis.

* Formal credit training preferred and prior working experience in private banking, commercial banking, investments, financial sales or financial planning is greatly considered.
