Job Description
TASC is seeking a Cyber Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The Cyber T&E Engineer will support development of Cyberspace T&E assessment framework that addresses shortfalls and yields a comprehensive Cyber T&E capability from both a defensive and offensive prospective.
The Cyber Engineer should have a broad background in Information Assurance (IA), IA Tools, and T&E principals and practices. Should have configured, maintained, administered and deployed a wide range of cyber security technologies such as Intrusion Prevention Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, vulnerability scanners, network mapping tools and related servers, databases and circuits. Provide technical leadership in the architecture, design, deployment, management, configuration and use of Cyber Security Technology in response to malicious activity directed toward enterprise networks, systems and information. Troubleshoot complex technical problems involving a wide range of Cyber Security technologies in use against sophisticated threats. Develop requirements for technical capabilities for cyber security technologies needed to defend a large geographically dispersed enterprise.
Required Skills
*BS in Computer Science or Information Technology discipline
*10 + years experience in IA, Cyber T&E, Cloud Computing, Network Operations and Security. .
*Experience with DoD IA systems.
*Good written and oral skills.
*Good organizational skills.
*Security + certification required; but CISSP is preferred.
*Must be very proficient with Microsoft Office products.
*Secret Clearance.

*Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of years of management/leadership experience
