Job Description
As Sales Team Leader for the Energy Market, you will be an integral part of our dynamic organization whose environment is rapidly changing and growing. You will mentor, coach and develop phone-based account managers to successfully meet goals at the individual and market levels; as well as perform a variety of management responsibilities such as contingency planning and performance management. You will work collaboratively and strategically with other teams to initiate and execute market strategies.

Required Experience
* 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience, MBA a plus

* Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and develop a team
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate at high levels of organizations
* Demonstrated ability to lead an inside sales team to successfully meet and exceed revenue and profit generation year after year
