Import Specialist needed in Dundalk Area!

Day to Day Position Responsibilities Will Icluded:

Assist in answering the phones

Add entry information into ISS system- will be trained

Communicate with customs, customers, and port authorities

Via phone, email, and face to face correspondence

Need to edit spreadsheet of information that is shared in a Google Drive with entire office

Office is accessible by public transportation.


Top Required Skills:

o Familiar with Transportation

o Excellent communication skills

o Must be intermediate in Excel and an expert in typing

Software requirements:

o Word

o Excel


Not Required but a Bonus If:

Prior experience with ports and shipping

Knowledge of port codes

Lingo of the port
