Position Summary:

The CRM Administrator will manage high volumes of data and work closely with an internal Customer Relationship Management user base. This individual will assist with keeping the CRM’s overall data integrity at a high-quality standard, research companies for marketing, assist with help requests from the user base, and support an overall positive, streamlined CRM experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data quality management, including conducting data quality audits as well as researching causes of data error
  • Research related companies and collect data to be used for marketing purposes
  • Perform regular company and contact audits looking for potential stale contacts or company moves/closures
  • Create or refine reports and dashboards to provide metrics supporting sales activity, for analyzing marketing campaign data, and for data quality reviews and metrics.
