Engility has an opening for a Program Control Analyst 4 at our Lexington Park, Maryland location. In this role you will be supporting our Navy customers on several programs. The successful candidate will be supporting the business and financial functions and deliverables on the programs. The candidate will participate in financial monitoring, planning, tracking and reporting.
The candidate should have experience in financial planning and analysis, project planning and control, this would include:
Prepare monthly internal / external financial and program deliverables to include detailed complex MSRs.
Support month, quarterly and annual financial activities which includes EACs, Forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan.
Develop, maintain and analyze spend plans and ETC’s for projects assigned.
Preparing purchase requisitions, monitoring subcontractor costs, prepare accruals, review
Prepare backup documentation to customer invoice submissions.
Ability to discuss and analyze variances between forecast and actuals.
Ability to interface with the customer and internal stakeholders such as contracts, subcontracts, contract accounting, accounts payable, purchasing organizations and pricing.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing is important.

Bachelor's degree is required (will consider experience in lieu of degree) preferably in finance or accounting.
Minimum of 9+ years of experience with emphasis in providing financial tracking and support for a government customer in areas of Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
Should be versed in various contract vehicles, i.e., CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, etc.
Have an understanding of the financial management of funding, revenue, cost, profit, billed AR, unbilled AR, backlog, labor utilization, subcontracts, consultants, excess revenue, and purchase orders
Must be well versed in MS tools (Word, PowerPoint etc.) and be advanced in Excel, including daily working knowledge of various lookup, pivot tables and other if type functions.
Familiarity with working with ERP systems.
- Experience with Costpoint and Cognos Reporting is a plus.
