Kaizen Approach, Inc. is currently hiring for a Help Desk Technician to support a client in Linthicum, MD.

Experience / Education

  • TS/SCI CI OR Full Scope Polygraph required

  • Two (2) years of experience in an information technology based customer service environment

  • In lieu of two years of experience, an Associate’s Degree in a Computer or Information Systems/Technology field
