This position will be filled under the Pathways Internship Program. This Program allows students to gain paid work experience while pursuing a degree, diploma or certificate at a qualifying institution. Under the Pathways Program, students who successfully complete all work, study, qualifications, and other eligibility requirements may be offered a permanent position to work at our agency upon graduation or completion of a qualifying certificate.
At the Agency's discretion, students hired under the Pathways Program may be non-competitively converted to a term, career, or career-conditional appointment with a possible Full Performance Level (FPL) of Band III.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
GS-04: Completion of 2 full academic years of post-high school study or associates degree (at least 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours)
One year of generalized experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. General experience is defined as: progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
